SOA Printing, Delivery, and Dispatch
Statement of Accounts (SOA), printing, delivery, and dispatch of statement of accounts within a two-working day period.
Tele-Collection
Collection follow-up to customers through phone calls based on the list of accounts and aging accounts. CSBA can log and report dispute raised by the customer and prepares summary of collections for pick-up.
Credit Status Monitoring System
Booking of confirmed collection for pick-up as prompted by tele-collect. Upon booking, a pick-up number will be generated by the system and will forward collection details to the Automated Collection System or ACS.
Automated Collection System
Has a Personal Digital Assistant, which is a hand-held equipment, with combined features and capabilities of a card reader, printer, barcode scanner, and data collector all in one gadget.
Remittance
Provides option of next day deposit to client’s bank account or transmitted of collections documents to client’s office.
